In the manufacturing of FPC flexible flex cables, the processing and cleaning of flexible printed circuits is more important than the processing of rigid PCB boards. Incorrect cleaning or operations that violate regulations can lead to subsequent product manufacturing failures, which are determined by the sensitivity of the materials used in flexible printed circuits, which play an important role in the manufacturing process. In the production and production of single sided flexible circuit boards, at least three times of cleaning are required, while multilayer FPCs require at least 3-6 times of cleaning due to their more complex design. Compared to rigid multilayer PCBs, they also require the same number of cleaning times, but their FR4 support is stronger and the probability of problems prone to occur is also lower.
