Introduction to FPC normal sampling and expedited sampling instructions

From the schematic design of an FPC soft circuit board, it is necessary to confirm the sampling function before mass production. Sampling production requires a time process, and can be divided into normal sampling and urgent sampling. What is the difference? Usually, FPC engineers will draw structural graphics of FPC circuit boards according to the different specifications and requirements of customer products. The main structural layers can be divided into single panel, double-sided board, multi-layer soft board, and soft hard combination board. Then, based on the circuit board diagram drawn by the FPC engineer, conduct FPC sampling, which is mainly used for customer product performance.



1、 FPC normal sampling instructions:



1. The designed documents are used for sampling, and there are generally at least 20-30 production process steps from the first process of material opening to the final process of packaging and shipping. The production time is mainly evaluated based on the manufacturing process requirements and difficulty level of the circuit board.



2. The normal sampling period for a single panel is 3-4 days, the sampling period for a double panel is 4-5 days, the sampling period for a multi-layer soft board is 7-8 days, and the sampling period for a multi-layer soft hard composite board is 14-15 days.



3. Production is carried out according to the regular process time. After a production process is completed, personnel from this department will proceed to the next department process to confirm the quantity of production. Step by step, the finished products will be inspected and shipped out.



2、 FPC Expedited Sampling Instructions:



1. Urgently sample the documents provided by the customer, dispatch professional personnel to follow up on the production process and progress, and generally have at least 20-30 production process steps from the first process of material opening to the final process of packaging and shipping.



2. The normal sampling period for a single panel is 1-2 working days, the sampling period for a double panel is 2 working days, the sampling period for a multi-layer soft board is 5 working days, and the sampling period for a multi-layer soft and hard combination board is 9-10 working days (calculated based on the confirmation of the production document EQ designed by the engineer).



3. From placing orders to arranging orders according to the production process of expedited sampling, products must be processed and produced as soon as possible in each process. Professional follow-up personnel are responsible for following up on the entire process until the product is produced. expedited sampling reflects the two words "fast".
