The cost of producing 1pcs and 1Kpcs of FPC is equal in terms of technical fees and production processes. A large number of samples will bring certain cost pressure to the manufacturer;



Secondly, market factors. In the FPC industry, there is a mixed bag of good and bad, and there are also real demanders, but there are countless intermediaries (especially individuals) engaged in trade. This type of trader, in order to minimize costs, often cheats manufacturers to make FPC samples. They take the samples and resell them to other traders or demanders, and then they will not place more batches, resulting in significant losses for the enterprise;



Thirdly, sampling fees can attract the attention of manufacturers, thereby ensuring delivery time and quality to a certain extent.
