The commonly used adhesive is 1:1 polyurethane PU adhesive, with a transparent color. If manual dripping is used for LED light strips, the speed is slow and the quality of the dripping cannot be guaranteed; By using an LED light strip adhesive dripping machine to drip the light strip, it can achieve the functions of automatic matching, automatic mixing, and automatic dispensing of polyurethane PU adhesive. Compared to manual dispensing, the speed is 2-5 times faster, and the yield of dripping adhesive is as high as 99%.

Firstly, manually attach the light strip to the profile, push the cart to fit the light strip flat onto the profile, and place it on the machine platform. The glue dripping machine automatically drips the glue. After the glue dripping is completed, the profile, together with the light strip, is moved away from the machine platform and placed on a shelf to dry and solidify.
