FPC冲切常见问题及对应控制方法

FPC circuit board is a highly reliable, Excellent flexible printed circuit board, referred to as soft board or FPC, with high wiring density, light weight, thin thickness, free bending, folding, winding, free movement and expansion in three-dimensional space; good heat dissipation performance, FPC can be used to reduce the volume; it can realize light weight, miniaturization and thinning, so as to achieve the integration of component device and wire connection.

FPC soft board cannot be formed by gong board due to its lightness, thinness and irregular shape. Also because of its low efficiency, it is not suitable for mass production, so in mass production, only die punching can be used.

FPC soft board punching FAQ:

1. FPC offset

A, FPC artificial reasons (holes are pulled and deformed when positioning is tight)

B, FPC cutting to positioning holes

C and FPC cover the holes when pasting accessories

2. FPC crush

A, FPC blanking die crush

B, FPC does not clean the mold regularly

3. FPC warped copper

A, FPC is slow and low pressure

B, FPC mold edge is not sharp

4. FPC reverse: wrong feeding direction.

FPC soft board punching control points:

1. The trim line must be aligned when cutting the FPC board

2. There should be no serious burrs or material pulling, tearing and abnormal bumps, residual glue, Reinforcement offset, release paper falling off phenomenon.

3. FPC pays special attention that the mold version should be consistent with the requirements.

4. FPC punching deviation must be within the tolerance. If the measurement is out of tolerance, the mold should be repaired and then produced.
