Introduction to FPC normal proofing and urgent proofing

Designed from the schematic diagram of a FPC soft circuit board, the proofing function must be confirmed before mass production. Proofing production requires a time process. What is the difference between normal proofing and urgent proofing? Generally, FPC engineers will draw structural drawings of FPC circuit boards according to different specifications and requirements of customers' products. The main structural layers can be divided into single panel, double-sided board, multi-layer soft board, and soft hard combination board. Then FPC proofing is carried out according to the circuit board diagram drawn by the FPC engineer, that is, FPC samples, which are mainly used for customer product performance.

1、 Description of FPC normal proofing:

1. The designed documents shall be used for proofing. From the first process of material opening to the last process of packaging and shipping, there are generally at least 20-30 production processes. The length of production time is mainly evaluated according to the manufacturing process requirements and the degree of difficulty of the circuit board.

2. The normal proofing cycle of single panel is 3-4 days, that of double panel is 4-5 days, that of multi-layer soft panel is 7-8 days, and that of multi-layer soft and hard composite panel is 14-15 days.

3. Produce according to the regular process time. After a process is completed, the department personnel will transfer to the next department process to confirm the quantity of production, and inspect the finished product shipment step by step.

2、 FPC Urgent Proofing Instructions:

1. Urgent proofing shall be carried out for the documents provided by the customer, and professionals shall be sent to follow up the production process and progress. Generally, there are at least 20-30 production processes from the first process of material opening to the last process of packaging and shipping.

2. The normal proofing cycle of single panel is 1-2 working days, that of double panel is 2 working days, that of multi-layer soft panel is 5 working days, and that of multi-layer soft and hard bonding plate is 9-10 working days (the time shall be calculated from the time confirmed in the production document EQ designed by the engineer).

3. From the order placement to the production process of urgent proofing, the product must be processed and produced at the first time in each process, and the professional follow-up personnel should be responsible for the whole process follow-up until the product production is completed. The urgent proofing reflects the two words "fast".
